Covid-19 - protecting the health of our passengers, volunteers, their families and the community
UPDATE 7th JUNE:
With sadness the Waveney Stardust Charity Board have decided not to operate cruises in 2020
This decision has been taken primarily based on the health risks to our passengers, crew and their families and friends.
The likely development of the pandemic, the age and medical backgrounds of our passengers and crews, and the nature of our boats and cruises combine to create an unacceptable level of risk to health.
In the judgement of the Board this risk outweighs the wellbeing benefits which Waveney Stardust cruises offer.
We will monitor developments of the Covid-19 pandemic in coming months and work hard to find ways which will enable us to re-open safely, with your support. At the moment it is far from clear when this will be possible but we will keep you informed as the situation changes. Our policy covering Covid-19 is detailed here. We will keep you informed through this web page.

- Cruises are dedicated to a single customer and their demands – we do not operate standard ‘scheduled’ cruises with bookable seats.
- To be eligible for subsidised charges you need to meet our eligibility criteria – at least one of the passengers must be elderly and/or disabled, unable to use a standard boat.
- Cruise from Stalham, Brundall, Beccles and Norwich.
- We regret that due to reasons of hygiene and passenger comfort we are unable to carry dogs or any form of pet animal. However, we welcome bona fide RNIB trained guide dogs.
